1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of MPG Worldwide ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services

MPG Worldwide provides bookkeeping, web design, 3D modeling, and AI automation services. The scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement will be set forth in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the timeframe specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPG Worldwide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.
